NexQube stands for the connection (Nexus) of the six systemic fields of action within an organization (Qube). Change creates areas of tension within this interconnected cube system – taking a holistic view and resolving these tensions leads to genuine stability and sustainable development. I support you in shaping the use of AI within the framework of Work 4.0 responsibly, effectively, and with a future-oriented approach, while taking into account the EU AI Act.
My goal: To establish clear structures and responsibilities, as well as an inspiring AI culture within the organization. Innovation potential can be measurably increased when use cases are developed in a coordinated and legally compliant manner, and when knowledge is purposefully shared and further developed across interdisciplinary teams.
My role: I facilitate participatory development processes, promote role clarity, design training formats, and enable human-in-the-loop processes in which AI becomes an effective assistant partner, with humans at the center of all decisions. Together, we create an organization where AI is not seen as a mere technical add-on, but as a shapeable element of work culture, innovative strength, and operational excellence.
My strength: I combine technological expertise with systemic clarity, methodological depth, and operational implementation power. Drawing on my experience in digital transformation, agile work, and cultural development, I shape AI not as a one-off solution, but as part of an integrated and sustainable organizational transformation.
