AI-Crafting
Der systemische Raum für KI-Exzellenz
AI expertise is becoming the new basic skill in everyday digital working life. This is why every employee in the company, regardless of role or function, should develop a basic understanding of how to deal with artificial intelligence. Employees should not only operate AI tools, but also be empowered to understand the potential of AI, utilise it sensibly and play an active role in shaping it.
The aim is to create a company-wide culture in which AI is used as a natural tool. It is used in a competent, considered manner and in accordance with ethical and regulatory requirements such as the EU AI Act.
We take a holistic approach to AI by creating awareness of the possibilities of common AI tools and supporting employees in helping to shape cultural change in day-to-day business. This creates a new self-image for a learning organisation in the age of AI that recognises opportunities, reflects risks and deals confidently with the dynamic development of AI technologies.
Methodical.
We analyse key topics and challenges within your business environment whether it is the development or implementation of an AI strategy, or the assessment of a project with regard to leadership, governance, and critical success factors. In doing so, we reflect on your processes, systems, and data to align them holistically and with a clear view to the future. Our particular focus lies on the strategic integration of digitalisation and artificial intelligence in order to foster sustainable impact and organisational maturity.
Impactful.
We support you with a practical, experience-based approach in conducting AI maturity assessments, developing MVPs within a protected environment, and implementing integrated AI work environments. As part of this process, we design and facilitate workshops as well as accompanying training programmes to ensure the successful system integration of AI solutions. An interdisciplinary team of experts supports us in this work particularly in defining AI governance in line with the requirements of the EU AI Act, as well as in specialised areas such as IT architecture and security.
REQUIREMENT – From the problem to a precise task
Which process is to be supported? Which role will use it? What is at stake? Only when input, output, and value are clearly defined does the specification begin.
ARCHITECTURE – From the use case to a set of modules
From the requirement emerges the Companion architecture: modules, sequence, and method. The 15 modules are an offering — your own frameworks and internal guidelines are welcome at any time.
SPECIFICATION – From the framework to a knowledge structure
Role, knowledge base, behaviour, and boundaries are defined in a structured way. System context, guidelines, and organisational data form the foundation on which the Companion operates.
UMSETZUNG – Vom Konzept zum lebenden System
Assistant, agent, and artefact come together. Only through this combination does a complete Companion emerge — not a prototype, but a system that becomes more precise with every use.
Your process remains your process. The Companion understands it, follows it, and evolves with it. What emerges belongs to you methodologically sound, iteratively refined, and entirely in your hands.
Der Companion Mikrokosmos
The system behind it.
What connects all use cases: 15 modules. Proven methods. Not by chance but by design. Every Companion process is built on the same methodological modules, flexibly combined to fit your situation.
You have seen the use cases. What lies behind them is a well-designed system of 15 modules combinable like Lego, methodical like an experienced adviser. Harvard when negotiations are at stake. Kotter and Lewin when change must be managed. Nonviolent Communication when conversations require tact. DISC when people need to be understood.
No generic AI advice but frameworks you know, can understand, and can challenge.
Flexibly combined, but not arbitrary.
The 15 modules are organised into five categories: screening, conversation, training, evaluation, and methods. Depending on the situation, the appropriate modules are combined into the right Companion chain. Some are essential across multiple use cases stakeholder management, for example, in sales as well as in transformation. Others are more specific: the Lewin module belongs to the change process, while the RFP screening module is part of the sales process.
The entry point begins with a single module. The potential for expansion is unlimited.
Explore the modules.
Each module you see here is not an abstract concept but a proven step within a real process. Methodologically sound. Transparently traceable. Exactly where it truly matters.

Companion Entwicklung
Hier entstehen Praxisbeispiele

Learning by Crafting
Companions do not emerge in seminar rooms they emerge in work. Those who build a Companion do not learn about AI. They learn with AI: through real processes, real decisions, and real context. Every module you specify sharpens your judgement. Every iteration you go through deepens your ability to act. In this way, AI capability emerges that endures because it was not taught, but built through practice.
Learning by Design
The learning platform follows the same principle as the Companions themselves: progressive, modular, and methodical. With each workshop, a deeper understanding develops from the initial requirement to the completed system. What begins in stage one is deepened in stage two and becomes your own practice in stage three. No isolated knowledge, no abstract exercises. Instead, a learning path that begins exactly where your challenge lies and continues from there.
Assistants
From a tool to a methodological sparring partner.
This is where you take your first steps from using AI as a tool to working with it as a methodological sparring partner. You learn how to guide assistants according to clear criteria and equip them with structured knowledge. From the five-criteria check for precise prompting and targeted knowledge transfer to the use of methodological models for analysis, reflection, and evaluation, you discover how AI can work with you as a triadic partner delivering sound and transparent results.
Agents
From dialogue to autonomous action.
Here you move beyond the dialogue-based support of an assistant to the next step: true process autonomy. AI agents independently execute multi-step tasks and make autonomous decisions. From single-agent architectures using ReAct principles to multi-agent systems, you will learn how autonomous systems can take over complex business processes
Artefacts
From components to a complete solution
Here you learn how practical, end-to-end solutions emerge from individual AI building blocks. From RAG systems that make organisational knowledge usable in a targeted way, to decisions between cloud, on-premise, or hybrid deployment, and the integration into your existing IT landscape. You will see how assistants, agents, and processes are brought together into scalable systems that deliver measurable value for the organisation.
